Electronic lien and title is going to be mandatory in Nevada for lienholders as of January 1, 2016 (Senate Bill 407 and House Bill 1133). Banks, credit unions, finance companies, buy here pay here dealers, and dealers that place liens on vehicles and mobile homes are required to register for Nevada electronic lien and title service to manage their Nevada liens electronically. We provide full compliance with the NV ELT mandate.
